Perrin & Rowe – In A League Of Their Own.

(AD – This post contains items that were gifted as part of this collaboration)

I first discovered Perrin & Rowe while passing their flagship showroom at the Design Centre at Chelsea Harbour. I was coming out of a nearby office following a meeting with work when I ‘accidentally’ walked into the Design Centre and found the Perrin & Rowe showroom – instantly falling in love, of course! I say accidentally, but after seeing the beautiful taps on display in the window, I just had to go in and take a look!

Perrin & Rowe products are handcrafted in Britain, from their factory in the Black Country, and they are famous for creating the worlds first 3 in 1 tap – a tap that dispensed hot, cold and filtered water. They also supply Kitchen Taps, Thermostatic Shower Mixers and Sinks, to name a few other things from their collection.

You will find their products in some of the worlds best hotels such as Claridges and The Savoy, and you can be sure only the highest quality would be selected in these upmarket bathrooms.

You can read more about the Perrin & Rowe story over at their brand new website where you can also create your own moodboards, and the Perrin & Rowe design blog offers lots of inspiration and different ideas which include hints and tips on creating the perfect bathroom so definitely worth a visit.

When selecting the products for our bathroom, we wanted to ensure a traditional feel, something that would compliment the style of the bathroom we were aiming for.

For our Bath taps, we decided on the Georgian Three-Hole Wall-Mounted Bath Filler with Country Spout and Crosstop Handles. We loved the curvaceous, country-style spout and felt it was such a statement piece. By having the taps wall mounted it allowed us to really show off these beautiful pieces.

For our Wash Basin, we opted for the Georgian Three-Hole Wall-Mounted Basin Mixer with Country Spout, and Crosstop Handles Both our taps were produced in the Nickel finish which was our favourite.

Perrin and Rowe offer many finishes, from Antique Brass, Chrome and Pewter and if you’re feeling really fancy, real 24-Carat Gold! I’m not even joking! Take a look at all their finishes here

With so many styles to choose from, it wasn’t an easy decision; however, the elegance of the Nickel finish won us over, and it works so well with the neutral theme in our bathroom.

To complement our beautiful taps, we opted for Perrin & Rowe accessories in the same Nickel finish, so everything tied in.

We went for a Traditional Bath Rack -so we had somewhere to place all the essentials when relaxing in the bath! I mean, this could include an iPad, Bar of Cadburys or a Bar of Soap (I know what I would rather) the options are endless!

For some extra storage in the bathroom, we added a Traditional 510mm Glass Shelf so we could place Shampoo’s, Body Washes and light candles while in the bath.

Underneath the shelf is the Traditional 495mm Single Towel Rail -which is placed close enough to the bath for convenience ensuring when we get out of the bath a towel is nearby.

Our Traditional Pivot Bar Toilet Roll Holder completes our bathroom by matching the finer details to the taps. This Traditional Toilet Roll holder includes a moveable pivot bar and its so easy to use plus it also has concealed fixings to provide a seamless, elegant appearance. The Traditional Spare Toilet Roll Holder means you never run out of toilet roll again by having this discreet extra loo roll holder. Just remember to replace the loo roll you borrow, otherwise it kind of defeats the object – yes Ian – I am talking to you! ;0)
